How we developed a composite cellar for long-term storage of vegetables and fruit - a durable, airtight and practical solution for installation.
The composite cellar was one of our completed development projects, created with the goal of offering a modern and sustainable solution for storing vegetables and fruit. As part of this project, we developed a cellar structure that combined the strength of composite materials, airtightness and practical installation.
Unlike traditional concrete or wooden cellars, the idea behind the composite cellar was based on a stable microclimate, protection against moisture and a long-lasting structure. This solution was especially relevant for those looking for an alternative to traditional cellar construction.
One of the key advantages was the resistance of composite materials to moisture and corrosion. While metal structures can rust over time and concrete walls can absorb moisture, composite material made it possible to create an airtight and durable structure with minimal maintenance requirements.
The installation principle was designed so that the cellar could be delivered as a ready-made structure and placed into a pre-prepared pit. This made it possible to significantly reduce construction time compared to traditional cellar building.
This project has now been completed, and we no longer offer composite cellars as a standard product. However, if there is serious interest in further developing, manufacturing or introducing this solution to the market, we are ready to consider cooperation opportunities with interested partners, sponsors or investors.
